WorkMA uses a granular permission system. Each user has a role that determines what they can see and do.

  • Administrator: Full access, manage billing, invite/remove members.
  • Team Lead: Create/edit all tasks, approve tasks, manage teams, view reports.
  • Developer: Create/edit own tasks, use Nexus IDE, change task status.
  • QA Engineer: Create/edit own tasks, approve tasks, view reports.

Platform administrators can fine-tune permissions per role in Admin → Role Permissions.
