Go to Settings → Notifications to manage your preferences. You can independently toggle:

• In-app notifications — appear in the notification bell.
• Email notifications — sent to your registered email.

You can control each notification type (task assigned, meeting invitation, mentions, etc.) separately. Transactional emails (receipts, security alerts) cannot be opted out of.
