If an Admin or Team Lead rejects a task in the "Needs Approval" stage, the task is moved back to the "In Progress" column.
The assigned developer receives an instant real-time notification with the rejection notes, so they know exactly what needs to be addressed before resubmitting.
The Kanban board provides a visual overview of all tasks organized by status column.
- Drag & Drop: Move tasks between columns by dragging.
- Columns: To Do → In Progress → Review → Completed.
- Filters: Filter by team, assignee, priority, or category.
- Quick Create: Click the + button at the top of any column.
Each card shows the title, assignee avatar, priority badge, due date, and comment count.
WorkMA ships with four default statuses: To Do, In Progress, Review, and Completed.
Custom status workflows are planned for a future release. For now, you can use categories and labels to create custom workflows that map to your team's process.
