Kanban Board

The Kanban board provides a visual overview of all tasks organized by status column.

Using the Board

• Drag & Drop: Move tasks between columns by dragging.
• Columns: To Do → In Progress → Review → Completed.
• Filters: Filter by team, assignee, priority, or category.
• Quick Create: Click the + button at the top of any column.

Task Cards

Each card shows: title, assignee avatar, priority badge, due date, and comment count. Cards with overdue dates show a red indicator.

Kanban vs List View

Use Kanban for visual workflow management and List for detailed sorting and filtering. Both views show the same data.
