Data Export & GDPR

WorkMA is GDPR-compliant and provides tools for you to control your data.

Exporting Your Data

1. Go to Settings → Account.
2. Click Export My Data.
3. A JSON file containing your profile, activity log, sessions, and notifications will download.

Data Retention

• Audit logs: Retained for 365 days.
• Notifications: Retained for 90 days.
• Activity logs: Retained for 180 days.
• Session data: Retained for 60 days.

Data Processing

WorkMA processes data exclusively for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

Sub-Processors

We use the following sub-processors: PostgreSQL (database), Redis (caching/queues), Polar (payment processing), Google (Meet integration and OAuth). Each sub-processor is contractually bound to maintain data confidentiality.
